Rice salad a la Nori and Dori

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, mixed
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
  • ¼ tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of turmeric powder
  • 100 g rice of your choice, cooked
  • 60 g romaine lettuce
  • 150 g tomatoes
  • 155 g apple (equivalent to about one)
  • 2 corn cobs (jar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and delicious

First, squeeze half a lemon, reserving the juice, and put it in a bowl. Season with some mixed and white pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of herb salt. Then add a pinch of turmeric and mix everything well. Add the rice to the broth and mix well. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Halve the tomatoes, remove the cores, and also dice them. Peel the apple and also dice them. Finely slice the corn on the cob. Add the vegetables and fruit to the bowl with the rice. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
