  • 120 g Jasmine rice

diced:

  • 1 Pc. Tomatoes

diced, blanched

  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini

cut into cubes:

  • 1 tablespoon Dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 1 pinch Chilli pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1,5 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 Pc. Pan roast
  1. Put all ingredients in a glass bowl, mix well and let steep for at least 1 hour. Preparation time approx. 25-30 min.

Description :
