Rice Salad No. 2 with Pan Roast.
The perfect rice salad no. 2 with pan roast. recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
cooked, quenched.
- 120 g Jasmine rice
diced:
- 1 Pc. Tomatoes
diced, blanched
- 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
cut into cubes:
- 1 tablespoon Dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 1 pinch Chilli pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1,5 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- 3 Pc. Pan roast
- Put all ingredients in a glass bowl, mix well and let steep for at least 1 hour. Preparation time approx. 25-30 min.
Description :
- 2nd pan roast are: pieces of comb in a marinade with onion, which you can get here ready-made, e.g. at Edeka. They are prepared on a swivel grill (mostly self-made), which is where the name comes from. You need about 20 minutes.
