Ingredients
 

cooked, quenched.

  • 120 g Jasmine rice

diced:

  • 1 Tomatoes

diced, blanched

  • 0,5 Zucchini

cut into cubes:

  • 1 tbsp Dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 pinch Chilli pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt
  • 1,5 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 Pan roast

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a glass bowl, mix well and let steep for at least 1 hour. Preparation time approx. 25-30 min.

Description :

  • 2nd pan roast are: pieces of comb in a marinade with onion, which you can get here ready-made, e.g. at Edeka. They are prepared on a swivel grill (mostly self-made), which is where the name comes from. You need about 20 minutes.
