Applesauce Cake

The perfect applesauce cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough :

  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 300 ml Lukewarm water
  • 3 tablespoon Rapeseed oil

to mark:

  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk

Covering:

  • 1 glass Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  1. Knead all ingredients into a dough. Let the dough rise until it has at least doubled.
