Aioli
- Mix all the ingredients for the aioli and let it steep overnight.
Leaf lettuce
- Clean the lettuce and place in a bowl. Also clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the salad. Mix with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper (or any other dressing if you like).
