Rice Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 2 bag Rice
  • 2 bag Water
  • Salt
  • Potato freshly peeled
  • 1 pole Diced leek
  • 1 Medium carrot
  • 1 Celery bulbs roughly diced
  • 1 Selerie green
  • 6 fresh Sausages, coarse or fine
  • 1 pck Bacon cubes
  • 1 pck Butter
  • 1 pck Vegeta spice
  • 1 Pc. Beef soup meat

Instructions
 

  • Have boiled the two rice bags in plenty of water.
  • I have peeled a few potatoes, washed them and diced them with poree, add some celeriac carrots to the rice water, seasoned with a little vegeta pepper and salt.
  • 4 I added sausages and cooked a piece of soup meat with it. .
  • When everything was done I took out the meat and sausages and mashed the soup with the potato mash.
  • Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy. Add the bacon with the rice and the sausages to the soup
