Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 150 g basmati rice
- 300 g water
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 15 g butter
- Salt

quick, tasty and vegetarian
First, put the water in a pot on the stove and wait until it boils. Add a little salt and add the rice. Bring to a boil and let the rice swell over low heat for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic for a bit. Then add it to the rice and stir it in. When the rice is done, finely slice the washed spring onions and mix them into the rice.
