Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 60 g margarine
  • 90 g sugar
  • 100 ml espresso
  • 25 g baking cocoa
  • 50 g dark chocolate coating

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave or in a double boiler and mix with the remaining ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Place small mounds of batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 6-10 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies. The inside should still be slightly moist and nice and moist. It’s best to check the cookies regularly to see how done they are, as they dry out quickly. Makes about 35 cookies.
