Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 g ricotta
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Ricotta chocolate cake, for a springform pan
For the dough, combine the ingredients and knead into a crumbly dough. Place half of the crumbs in a springform pan. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and mix with the ricotta and sugar. Then pour it onto the crumb base of the springform pan. Finally, sprinkle the remaining crumbs onto the ricotta mixture. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Do not remove the cake from the pan immediately after baking, as the filling needs a little time to set.
