Ricotta and garlic sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ bowl of ricotta
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the ricotta with the sour cream, then add the yogurt and mix everything together with the ricotta pieces until smooth. Press in the garlic, add the salt, and fresh basil. It goes perfectly with baked potatoes and all other summer dishes. But be careful: It gives you bad breath, but it tastes too good not to eat tons of it…
