Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g Parmesan cheese, in one piece
  • 10 peppercorns, black
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the Parmesan cheese. Peel the garlic. Place the Parmesan cheese, peppercorns, sugar, salt, and garlic in a food processor and chop finely. Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
