Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 2 kg Mett (Thuringian Mett)
- 10 onions
- 4 cans of soup (oxtail soup)
- 4 cans of water
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- 5 cans of tomato paste
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces
- 1 can of peppers
- 3 cans of mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, curry powder and Tabasco

Form the minced meat into small balls and fry them well (or without balls, which is just nicer). Sauté the onions with salt and pepper. Put a very large pot on the stovetop for the remaining ingredients. Now add everything to the pot. Be careful with the Tabasco; it needs to infuse a bit, and the flavor will be even more intense the next day. My tip: It also works with less juice and water. I also highly recommend trying this recipe with pasta or rice.
