Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g berries, mixed, frozen
- 50 g meringue(s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g sweet cream
- possibly sugar and fruit brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Thaw the berries and discard any liquid. Place almost all of the berries in a bowl (reserve a few for decoration). Top with the crumbled meringue. If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of raspberry brandy or another fruit brandy, but it tastes good without. Mix the cream and sour cream together and pour over the meringue. Sprinkle with the remaining berries on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
