Ham meatballs in delicious sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 9 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 400 g minced meat (half and half)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (steak sauce)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (shashlik sauce)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (garlic sauce)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Form the minced meat into small balls and fry them. Wrap each one in a slice of ham and secure with a toothpick. In a casserole dish, mix the sauces, cream, and sour cream well. Add the ham patties and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 190°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice and baguette.
