Rigatoni Cheese Casserole

- 300 g Minced meat
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 120 g Cream cheese, herbal flavor
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Glasses Tomato juice
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- Salt pepper
- Oregano, parsley, rubbed rosemary
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Vegeta
- 1 bag Grated cheese
- 1 bag Cream cheese
