Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta of your choice
- 250 g Minced beef
- 1 Egg
- 2 Eßl Breadcrumbs
- 50 g Red lentils
- 250 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 125 g Feta cheese (diced)
- Salt, corriander, pepper, cumin
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Halfway through the cooking time, add the broccoli and cook.
- Mix the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, corriander, pepper and cumin.
- Cook the lentils in boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente.
- In a pan with a little oil, fry the mince in walnut-sized pieces. Add the lentils to the chopped pieces
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, collecting 100ml of the pasta water.
- Add the pasta water to the chopped pieces, stir in the feta cheese, add some seasoning if necessary and serve.
