Pasta with Minced Meat, Lentils and Broccoli

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • 250 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Eßl Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Red lentils
  • 250 g Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 125 g Feta cheese (diced)
  • Salt, corriander, pepper, cumin

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Halfway through the cooking time, add the broccoli and cook.
  • Mix the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, corriander, pepper and cumin.
  • Cook the lentils in boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente.
  • In a pan with a little oil, fry the mince in walnut-sized pieces. Add the lentils to the chopped pieces
  • Drain the pasta and broccoli, collecting 100ml of the pasta water.
  • Add the pasta water to the chopped pieces, stir in the feta cheese, add some seasoning if necessary and serve.
