very easy to prepare

Mix the flour, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, margarine, egg, and baking powder thoroughly with a mixer to form a batter. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Allow the base to cool completely. Spread the sour cream on the cooled base. Sprinkle the mandarins on top of the sour cream. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in the drink powder, and sprinkle it on top of the mandarins. Finally, grate the chocolate and decorate the cake with it. Tip: The cake tastes especially good if it stands for a day before serving.
