Roast beef rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slice(s) roast beef (20 g each)
  • 150 g lettuce (white cabbage salad)
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 8 stalks of chives
  • possibly mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the chives in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove, and drain. Roughly peel and coarsely grate the carrot, and toss with the lettuce. Place the roast beef slices next to each other, arrange the lettuce on top, roll up, and tie each one with a chive stalk. Arrange the rolls on a platter or dessert plate. Tip: Perfect for a party. Brush the roast beef with a little mustard, if desired.
