Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, finely chopped
- 1 can tuna, in oil, drained and shredded
- 250 g aromatic tomatoes without seeds, cut into fine cubes
- ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 60 g yogurt (Greek cream yogurt)
- 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground, black
- 70 g arugula, washed and spun dry
- 12 slice(s) roast beef – cold cuts, approx. 25 g per slice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix everything together, from egg to Worcestershire sauce, and season well with salt and pepper. Spread the roast beef on a surface, spread the tuna mixture on top, top with 3-4 arugula leaves, and roll up. Use the remaining arugula as a garnish.
