Roast beef rolls filled

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, finely chopped
  • 1 can tuna, in oil, drained and shredded
  • 250 g aromatic tomatoes without seeds, cut into fine cubes
  • ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 60 g yogurt (Greek cream yogurt)
  • 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground, black
  • 70 g arugula, washed and spun dry
  • 12 slice(s) roast beef – cold cuts, approx. 25 g per slice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix everything together, from egg to Worcestershire sauce, and season well with salt and pepper. Spread the roast beef on a surface, spread the tuna mixture on top, top with 3-4 arugula leaves, and roll up. Use the remaining arugula as a garnish.
