Ingredients
 

  • 1 Broiler 1.3 kg
  • 8 Sage leaves or 1.5 tsp dried
  • 8 Celery leaves smooth
  • 8 Fresh thyme
  • 6 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • Pepper and salt
  • 250 g Small onions roughly cut
  • 500 g Small potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil; 1 tbsp chilli / garlic oil homemade
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 125 ml White wine
  • 125 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 bunch Soup greens

Instructions
 

Prepare the chicken

  • Wash the chicken, dry with crepe, rub inside and outside with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Likewise, add the sage leaves and the thyme leaves in half, cut into small pieces.
  • Roughly chop the onions and finely chop the garlic. Peel the potatoes and sprinkle lightly with salt. Wash the soup greens and cut into small pieces. Place the chicken in a casserole or casserole, place all the prepared vegetables around the chicken, and also spread the parsley around the chicken.
  • Mix the oil with the lemon juice and use it to baste the chicken. Pepper and salt. Pour the wine over the vegetables and pepper everything.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °, put the chicken in as soon as the temperature is reached, bake with the lid closed on top / bottom heat for about 50 minutes. Carefully remove the pot and remove the lid, add chicken stock as required and continue baking for another 10 minutes without the lid. If you want, you can grill the chicken with the grill.
