1 Glass of Kiwi Jam

- 4 size Kiwi
- 45 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
- Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into small pieces. Let the fruit pieces with the preserving sugar steep overnight. The next day, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Mix briefly with the hand blender. After boiling, pour into a glass (approx. 250 ml) and put in a cool place.
