Ingredients
 

tzatziki

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 1 bunch Dill
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper

zucchini

  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 shot Olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

tzatziki

  • For the tzatziki, peel the cucumber and grate it finely in a bowl. Save the cucumber juice. Squeeze and squeeze the garlic, finely chop the dill. Add the garlic, dill and spices, oil, vinegar and quark. Stir everything until creamy and season to taste.

zucchini

  • Wash the zucchini and cut into rings. Fry in a little olive oil, both sides should be golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and squeeze 1 clove of garlic into the warm oil. Place on the fried zucchini and season with salt and a dash of vinegar.
