Roast Pork Roast
The perfect roast pork roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Roast beef
- 400 g Frozen vegetables e.g. peas, carrots, corn
- Or root vegetables julienne cut
- 100 g Sliced mushrooms
- 1 Pc. Roughly chopped onion
- 4 Toes Chopped garlic
- 400 g Potato
- Caraway seeds, salt, pepper
- Cut the meat into approx. 4 cm thick slices, add salt, pepper and caraway seeds
- Put the garlic in the roaster, place the meat on it and roast in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes
- In the meantime, arrange the vegetables, clean and cut the Champion, coarsely chop the onion and mix everything together
- Peel and quarter the potato
- Remove the meat from the roaster, place the vegetables in the roaster, season with salt and pepper
- Place the meat on the vegetables with the dark fried side facing down
- Spread the potatoes on top and season with salt
- Put the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees for another 50 minutes
