Roast Pork with Prosecco Sauce
The perfect roast pork with prosecco sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 kg Roast pork from the neck
- 3 Pc. Carrots
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 8 Pc. Garlic cloves
- 10 piece Chocolate 70% cocoa
- 1 Pc. Orange
- 0,75 dl Prosecco
- 10 Pc. Dried apricots
- Bratensauce
- 3 Pc. Bay leaf
- Coffee meat seasoning from my KB

- 2 tsp Gingerbread spice from my KB

- Sauté the onion and garlic then briefly sauté the carrots into quarters. When everything is ready, leave it on a separate plate.
- Season with the spice and fry
- Add onions, garlic and potatoes again, do not forget to add the dried apricots and deglaze everything with 1 bottle of Prosecco, reduce with zest and juice of an orange, season with salt, pepper, gingerbread spices and add a little powder for gravy and then let everything simmer. Stir in approx. 2 rows of chocolate.
- It goes well with mashed potatoes or pasta and some vegetables should not be missing
