Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 500 g quark (20%)
- 4 tsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch lemon balm
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the yogurt, quark, oil, and mustard well. Finely chop the washed and dried herbs and add them to the quark. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper.
