Roasted almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g almonds, whole
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Microwave the almonds, brown sugar, and amaretto for 5 minutes at 600 watts (with the lid on). Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir. Spread out on a baking sheet and let dry.
