Roasted almonds, a different way

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, with shell
  • 1 ½ tsp Tandoori Masala, pure
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

from the microwave

Place the almonds in a heatproof bowl along with the water and tandoori spice. Mix well to coat all the almonds. Microwave for 2 minutes, remove, and mix well again. Microwave for another 1.5 minutes. Done.
