Roasted Almonds Variant 1

The perfect roasted almonds variant 1 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinammon
  • 200 g Unpeeled almonds
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bring the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and water to a boil in a non-stick pan. Add the almonds and continue to cook, stirring constantly. When the sugar begins to dry out, reduce the heat and continue stirring until the sugar caramelizes.
  3. When the almonds are golden brown in the brittle, place the mixture on the baking sheet and separate the almonds with two spoons.
  4. The almonds are very hot, even if it is difficult to let them cool completely first.
