Roasted Almonds with Thermomix As Snack or Finger Food

- 200 g Almonds with skin
- 10 g Butter
- 75 g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Herbaria Dark Divan Spice Mixture
- 10 g Water
- Fill all ingredients except the water into the mixing bowl and stir for 5 minutes / Varoma / anti-clockwise / gentle stirring. Now pour in the water and stir for 10 – 12 minutes / Varoma / counterclockwise rotation / level 1 (with the measuring cup attached).
- When the sugar has completely dissolved and the almonds are all coated with it, they are done. Spread the almonds on baking paper to cool.
- The spice mixture Dunkler Divan can also be omitted without replacement. Or use gingerbread spice, speculoos spice or similar instead.
- You can then put two cups of milk in the TM and let it run at 50 ° on level 5. Then the Thermomix is clean and you still have some delicious milk to drink 😉 Of course, you can just fill in water and thus clean the TM.
