Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini & Humus

  • 2 piece Sliced ​​Vidalia onions
  • 2 piece Halved garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

  1. Remove the stalk from the cauliflower and cut into florets. Wash them in a sieve and drain. Mix with the sliced ​​onions, garlic cloves, olive oil and sliced ​​lemon in an ovenproof container. Salt and pepper. Roast in the oven preheated to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 25 minutes, mixing again and again so that the aromas are distributed. Scatter the pine nuts on top halfway through the cooking time.
