Quick roasted onion butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter (room temperature – or even slightly liquid is best)
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp onion(s) (fried onions)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Melt the butter slightly in the microwave, if desired, and then mix it with the previously washed, finely sliced ​​spring onions and the fried onions, depending on the desired filling. Season with salt and pepper. I always like the butter very thick, with plenty of “content”—if you prefer it more buttery, start with less onion and then gradually increase it to your desired “filling.” It’s superb with fillet or a must-have for grilling! Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the butter to firm up again.
