Very tasty hot paprika marinade for poultry, also ideal as a barbecue marinade

Mix all ingredients except the meat thoroughly and set the marinade aside. Wash and dry the meat, and remove any fat. Then cover the meat with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. It can also be 24 hours or more. Heat a frying pan without fat and add the meat directly from the marinade to the hot pan. Cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. The marinade should not burn. Turn frequently if necessary and reduce the heat or continue cooking with the lid on at low heat. One of the best marinades for poultry that I know. Serve with a vegetable stir-fry and raw fried potato wedges, fries, or pasta.
