Roasted Tomato Sauce

The perfect roasted tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion red
  • Olive oil
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth hot
  • Agave syrup
  1. Halve or quarter the tomatoes.
  1. Quarter and core the paprika.
  1. Peel and quarter the onion.
  1. Peel off the garlic.
  1. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and drizzle with a good dash of olive oil.
