Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of wild garlic buds
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the wild garlic buds and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and fry the wild garlic buds. When the butter turns brown, add the breadcrumbs to the pan and fry until the buds are crispy. Add a little salt, if desired. The wild garlic buds are a great topping for soups or salads.
