Vegetable patties for the whole family – Baby-led weaning (BLW)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 150 g carrot(s), peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Spice(s) (no salt)
  • 6 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

ideal for babies from 6 months

Place the carrots and zucchini in the mixing bowl of your Thermomix or other blender and shred (or grate by hand). Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Bake the finished batter in a waffle iron or fry it in a pan with a little oil.
