When you go to the butcher, make sure he packs you two mirror-thickness ribs! Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and season the ribs with oil, salt, and pepper! Place them in a suitable baking dish and leave them in the oven for 50-60 minutes, depending on the thickness. They should get nice and brown and crispy in the oven.
