Robber – Toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) toast bread (three-grain toast)
  • 1 onion(s), half of which
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 100 g minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the bread into a heart shape and toast. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil, fry the onion and ground beef until browned, and season. Mix in the crème fraîche and spread the ground beef on the toast. Wash and trim the zucchini, then slice into 2-3 mm thick slices. Place on top of the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the mozzarella and spread it in the middle of the toast. Brush the exposed zucchini with olive oil. Bake in the oven (center; gas mark 2) for about 10 minutes. Per serving: 13 g protein – 14 g fat – 11 g carbohydrates
