Rocket and Tomato Chicken

The perfect rocket and tomato chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 84 ml Seasoning paste
  • 350 g Chicken breast
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes yellow
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 20 g Pine nuts
  1. Heat a pan for 2 minutes at the highest level. Add the seasoning paste & heat briefly. Add the chicken strips, fry for about 3 minutes & stir frequently.
  2. Add the halved tomatoes and pine nuts and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Fold in the rocket. Arrange the rocket-tomato-chicken on plates and serve.
