Chicken, Tomato and Zucchini Pan on Rocket
The perfect chicken, tomato and zucchini pan on rocket recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Fresh chicken breast
- 2 small Zucchini fresh
- 4 size Tomatoes
- 1 Packet Arugula
- 1 cups Herbal cream cheese
- 1 cups Parmesan
- Salt, pepper, turmeric, hot paprika, herbs of Provance
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in a large pan and season generously with the specified spices. Chop the zucchini and tomatoes and add to the pan. Roast, but the zucchini should still be firm to the bite.
