Rocket Cheese Cream with Pistachios

  • 250 g Ricotta
  • 2 Handful Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 2 teaspoon Green peppercorns
  • 1 piece Chili
  • 2 tablespoon Pistachio oil
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Spring onion stick
  • Salt
  1. Put all ingredients except for the spring onion in a container and puree.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings and mix with the cheese cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
