Rocket Cheese Cream with Pistachios

- 250 g Ricotta
- 2 Handful Arugula
- 1 tablespoon Pistachios
- 2 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- 1 piece Chili
- 2 tablespoon Pistachio oil
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 Spring onion stick
- Salt
- Put all ingredients except for the spring onion in a container and puree.
- Cut the spring onions into rings and mix with the cheese cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
