Rocket Dip with Cream Cheese
The perfect rocket dip with cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 120 g Arugula
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Wash the rocket fresh from the market and peel the garlic.
- Put the salad, garlic and pine nuts (if you like, briefly toast them beforehand) in the blender. My little Mr. Magic processes the salad in 3 batches …
- Add the oil and cream cheese and continue mixing. It works just as well with ‘regular’ cream cheese.
- Season to taste with pepper and salt and refrigerate.
- Goes well with baked potatoes, baguettes, raw vegetable strips (kohlrabi, carrots, etc.) or pasta.
