- 250 g Arugula
- 3 Pc. Peach fresh
- 150 g Parmesan
- 8 Pc. Tree nuts
- 75 ml Balsamic vinegar
- Place the rocket in the middle of the plate. Cut the peaches into slices and decorate all around. Then pour the balsamic vinegar over the rocket. Then place the grated Parmesan cheese on the salad and sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
