Pizza with a difference, for 4 people

For the dough, crumble the butter into the flour, then knead with the curd cheese and salt to form a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out the dough into a square on a floured surface. Spread the passata on top, leaving a 2cm border all around. Spread all the remaining ingredients on top and sprinkle well with oregano. Roll up the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the roll with beaten egg and pierce several times with a fork. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 350 to 450 minutes (depending on the oven), until the roll has turned a beautiful golden yellow. Cut into 2cm wide slices and serve. Tip: Depending on the season, you can replace the wild garlic with spinach and the spring onion with leeks.
