Rolls with bulgur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 150 g bulgur, fine
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp syrup
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Boil 150g of bulgur wheat with 250ml of water and let it swell for 20 minutes. Then knead thoroughly with 150ml of water and the remaining ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour. Form into small rolls (I made 10) and bake at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
