Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 box of cress or a bunch of watercress, cleaned
- 4 rolls, soft
- Butter, for spreading
- Sea salt
- Pepper, black, ad mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the egg and mayonnaise in a large bowl, season, and mix well. Chop the cress (or trim the watercress). Cut the roll in half and lightly butter the bottom half. Spread with the egg mayonnaise, sprinkle with cress, cover with the top half of the roll, and serve.
