Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g cheese, Romadur
  • 100 g cheese, Emmental
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the Romadur into small cubes. Grate the Emmental cheese. Finely dice the onion, crush the garlic clove, and add it to the cheese along with the caraway seeds. Combine all these ingredients with the mayonnaise and cream.
