  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 100 g liver pate (truffle pate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tear the lettuce heart into individual leaves. Cut the pâté into long strips. Place a strip of pâté into each leaf and serve.
