Root Salad with Fried Egg
The perfect root salad with fried egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- Lollo Rosso Root Salad
- Cucumber
- Spring onions
- Vine tomatoes
for dressing
- Natural yoghurt
- Mug of kefir
- Lime (zest and juiced)
- Salt, pepper and sugar
- Honey balsamic vinegar (on tap)
- Boletus
- Garlic oil
- Rose flower syrup
for fried egg
- Eggs (size L)
- Butter / margarine or
- Olive oil
- Pul Biber (Turkish seasoning mix)
- Alternatively chilli flakes, ground
- Wash the salad ingredients and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a shaker. Mix vigorously. If the ratio is right, a very creamy dressing is created.
- Fry and season the eggs.
- Arrange and enjoy.
