  • 500 Gramm Gemüse der Saison

  • 250 Gramm braune Champions
  • 250 Gramm rote Kartoffel

  • 1 tbsp Minz Jelly
  • 20 cl. Nolly Prat
  • 1 Schuss Sojasosse (für die Farbe und als Salzersatz)
  • 1 Becher Sahne 30% Fett oder Cremefine zum Kochen
  • A sprig of rosemAry
  • White pepper from the mill

  1. Cut the cleaned vegetables into slices and cubes. Cut the mushrooms into nice thin slices. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized cubes.

  1. Gently fry the onion, garlic, potatoes and vegetables in a pan or on a suitable plate and sprinkle with the mentioned spices. After about 7-10 minutes, the chamgnions are added and cooked at the same time. Season again to taste and the vegetable pan is ready.
  2. The poultry pieces are also fried at the same time together with onions and garlic in a pan, seasoned and deglazed with nolly prat. After about 7 minutes, add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Let it reduce for approx. 3-5 minutes and the chicken breast pan is ready.
