Root vegetable pot with Ras el Hanout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 carrots
  • 100 g celery
  • ¼ leek
  • 3 onions
  • ½ tsp Ras el Hanout
  • ½ tsp vegetable stock powder, optional
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Finely dice the vegetables. Place in a pot. Add salted water until the vegetables are just covered. Add the ras el hanout and vegetable stock, if desired. Cook in a pressure cooker for about 4 minutes, starting at the boiling point. Season to taste and serve.
