simple and delicious

Cut the white breadstick diagonally into approximately 2 cm or finger-thick slices. Finely chop the chives. Dice the garlic clove. Place the Roquefort, butter, plenty of chives, and garlic clove in a bowl, mash with a fork, and mix. Carefully season the mixture with salt and pepper. Spread the Roquefort-butter mixture on both sides of the bread slices and put the bread back together. Then wrap the white breadstick in aluminum foil. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then open the aluminum foil and serve the Roquefort bread. This Roquefort bread is perfect as an appetizer to accompany a meal or as a snack during a TV or football evening. Note from Chefkoch.de: If you don’t want to use aluminum foil, use parchment paper or baking paper for the bread. Using lemon juice and salt is recommended for health reasons.
